Terms and Conditions

Last updated: May 1, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mid Town Grooming LLC website at midtowngroomingllc.com and the professional pet grooming services provided by Mid Town Grooming LLC ("we," "us," or "our") at 125 N Main St, Marion, WI 54950. By booking an appointment, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

1. Services

Mid Town Grooming LLC provides professional pet grooming services including, but not limited to, full grooming, bath and brush, nail trimming, de-shedding treatments, ear cleaning, and specialty styling. The specific services provided at each appointment are agreed upon at the time of booking and may be confirmed or adjusted at drop-off based on the pet's condition and the groomer's professional assessment.

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or decline services if, in the professional judgment of our groomers, proceeding would compromise the health, safety, or welfare of your pet or our staff. In such cases, we will communicate the situation to you and, where possible, discuss alternative options.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled by phone at 715-754-2006, by email at [email protected], or by submitting the contact form on our website. Appointment availability is subject to our current schedule and cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by a member of our team.

We ask that clients arrive at or close to their scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, depending on the day's schedule.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We understand that schedules change. We ask that you notify us of cancellations or rescheduling requests as early as possible — ideally at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows without prior notice may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments or, in some cases, refusal of future bookings. We will always communicate with you directly before taking any such action.

4. Client Responsibilities

By booking an appointment with Mid Town Grooming LLC, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the legal owner or authorized caretaker of the pet being presented for grooming.
  • Your pet's vaccinations are current as required by applicable local regulations, particularly rabies vaccination.
  • You have disclosed all known health conditions, behavioral tendencies, allergies, injuries, or sensitivities that may be relevant to the grooming appointment.
  • Your pet does not have a known history of aggressive biting that poses a significant risk to our staff, without prior disclosure and agreement.
  • You will be reachable by phone during your pet's appointment in case we need to contact you.

Providing accurate and complete information about your pet allows us to deliver the safest and most appropriate care possible. Withholding relevant information may result in services being adjusted or discontinued.

5. Matting and Coat Condition

Severely matted coats require additional time, effort, and expertise to manage. In cases of heavy matting, dematting may not be possible or humane, and a shorter clip may be necessary. Our groomers will make every effort to discuss this with you at drop-off, but when mats are discovered during the bath or drying process, grooming decisions will be made in the best interest of your pet's comfort and safety.

Dematting can cause skin irritation and, in severe cases, skin sores or coat damage may only become visible after the mats are removed. These conditions are pre-existing and result from the matting itself, not from the grooming process. We will inform you of any such findings before or during pickup.

6. Senior Pets and Pets with Health Conditions

We welcome senior pets and those with known health conditions and make every effort to accommodate their needs. However, grooming can be physically and emotionally stressful for animals with health limitations. By presenting a senior or medically fragile pet for grooming, you acknowledge this inherent risk and agree that we are not liable for adverse reactions that arise from pre-existing conditions or the reasonable stress of the grooming process.

We will always inform you of any concerns that arise during the appointment and may, in some cases, recommend that you consult your veterinarian before future grooming sessions.

7. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for grooming services is based on the pet's breed, size, coat condition, temperament, and the specific services requested. Estimates provided at the time of booking are subject to adjustment if the actual appointment differs from what was described (e.g., coat more matted than expected, additional services added at drop-off).

Payment is due at the time of pickup. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. We will inform you of any pricing adjustments before completing the appointment where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your pet during their time in our care. However, grooming does involve certain inherent risks, particularly for elderly, medically compromised, or highly stressed animals.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mid Town Grooming LLC shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, or loss arising from the grooming process where such outcome resulted from a pre-existing condition, natural causes, an undisclosed health issue, or an inherent risk of the services provided. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific appointment giving rise to the claim.

9. Website Use

The content on midtowngroomingllc.com — including text, images, and other materials — is provided for informational purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and current, we make no warranties regarding completeness or accuracy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Shawano County, Wisconsin.
